The Upkeep
Masonry work requires very little maintenance which is something worth considering when picking a home exterior. Again, pressure washing it when it becomes dull is something we recommend but you can always give it a decent scrub with water if that seems excessive.
The only major maintenance happens every 25-35 years called pointing. It’s when the mortar that has been eroded needs to be refilled. Even then it’s not actually necessary but it’ll help to keep things looking fresh.
